Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse

I have wanted to try matte foundation instead of liquid for a while now and finally went out and got myself some. I have been a very big fan of Maybellines matte blush so I decided to go with their 'dream' foundation. Before I tell you about my experience I should note that I have VERY dry skin and it has been abnormally dry this year!

I chose Medium Sandy Beige but think I could have gone one shade darker because it is a little light on my face. I used my ELF angled foundation brush to apply and was happy with how it went on smooth. I wanted to try this foundation because I thought it would feel a lot lighter on my skin then liquid (I hardly ever use powder foundation because of my skin) but it was a little bit more heavy then liquid. Not a big difference but definetly not any lighter. I definetly want to try this again when my skin is not as bad because I am so in love with the blushers!!

You can find this foundation in almost any grocery or drugstore or any other place that sells cosmetics. I also found a wide range of other Maybelline products for discount prices on All Cosmetics Wholesale (including the matte blushes!!) I bought my foundation in London Drugs for $13 but I know you can get it at Wal Mart for around $10.

Girls Night Out

Last week I went out for a very belated birthday night out. Since I got pregnant last April I've only gone out once so it was kinda nice to get out of the house without my little one. We went to a pub about 30 minutes from my house so I needed to bring Grant with me to be our designated driver lol! Clearly he had a good time!!

                                    He looks impressed right?? lol

Pink Boa

Hey Dolls <3
I have been lusting for a hot pink nail polish that looks BARBIE!! When I was younger I never wanted hot pink cause I thought it looked cheap but lately I've seen it on lots of people and it does not look cheap at all!! I find this hot pink polish in Wal-Mart for about $2.50 (can't beat that!) It's Wet-n-Wild and is called Pink Boa. I find the Wet-n-Wild polishes can be hit and miss on their formulas but lately I have gotten lots of hits!! They must be improving :) I LOVE this nail polish!! I think it looks best on my nails at this length cause they are finaly starting to grow!! (minus my thumb :(  ...... ) It is amazing to apply!! Dry's perfectly even and in no time at all. I would recomend this to every girl! You definetly need this color in your collection!! I can not stress how much I LOVE IT!!

New Purse

Hey Chickies <3
It's been forever! I've been dealing with lots of family stuff lately but I will be back posting from now on :) I thought I would start by sharing my new purse with you guys!! My little siter got it for me for my birthday!! She picked it out herself and everything, which I was very impressed with!! I love it!! It goes with everything so I don't have to change it all the time! (which I always plan to do then never do) What do you guys think??
